King Investments, a construction and development company owned by the sisters since 1993, has developed numerous properties in Tulsa, most notably the KingsPointe Village and Kings Landing.

Trailblazers of Tulsa, her family is known for its entrepreneurial spirit, developing longstanding business centers such the Holiday Hills neighborhood and what is known today as KingsPointe Village.

Davis and her late husband, Coleman, raised three daughters in Tulsa where she continues to thrive on community projects and civic engagement. Her resume of honors, awards and leadership service is quite lengthy, but she says it’s easy to give back to a city she’s loved and enjoyed her entire life. As a partner today in the King family commercial real estate business, she feels lucky to work alongside her children as business partners. The King sisters are fourth generation Tulsans. Their father, Tulsa developer Raymond L. King, made the family's start in the local construction and development industries in the mid-1950s and the girls' were involved in the business from the outset.
